Email filtering allows you to customize email filtering conditions according to your needs, placing specific emails into designated folders or setting text labels, enabling the system to automatically categorize your emails for you.
Appointment Mail Management
If you are traveling abroad for leisure or on a business trip and are unable to attend to your emails promptly, you can enable the "auto-reply" feature during this period to inform your friends or business contacts that there will be a delay in processing their emails for several days, providing them with peace of mind.

How to add filter rules?
- At the bottom left corner, go to "Settings" -"Mail processing"In the middle, click on "Email Filtering" to enter the email filtering settings page.
- On the mail filtering page, click on "+Add" to start adding a new filtering rule.
- On the page for adding filter rules, click on "Enable" for the filter rule, and proceed to set the filter conditions, including editing conditional expressions and action status (supporting multiple filter conditions and actions).

Remarks
- When setting the "Attachment Size" filtering conditions, the system will compare each attachment in the email one by one; if any attachment meets the conditions, the filtering action will be executed.
- When setting the filtering conditions for "this document," the signature file will also be checked; when setting the filtering conditions for "attachment name" or "attachment size," the electronic business card vCard will also be checked.
- The basic unit for the size of emails and attachments is "byte". For example, entering 100 represents 100 bytes. Users can also input "number + k", for example, entering 100k represents 100 * 1024 bytes; or input "number + m", for example, entering 100m represents 100 * 1048576 bytes.
- When you want to place the letter into the designated mailbox, you can also create a new mailbox here to put it directly.

Remarks
- If the set filtering rules are only applicable for restricting specific time periods, please check "Time-limited Filtering", select it, and specify the time period during which the filtering rules should be enforced.
- After setting up the editing, click on [OK] to complete the action of adding a new email filtering rule.
- At the bottom left corner, go to "Settings" -"Mail processing"In the middle, click on "Email Filtering" to enter the email filtering settings page.

How to Use Filtering Rules
- To modify the email filtering rules, please click the "Modify" button on the right side of the filtering rule.
- To delete the email filtering rule, please click the "Delete" button located to the right of the filtering rule.
- To enable or disable filter rules, you can click on the enable button in front of the rule.
- If there are multiple filtering rules, they will be prioritized in order, with the higher priority rules being processed first; to change the order of the filtering rules, please use the "Order" button on the right side of the filtering rule.
- Click the "Filter Now" button, the system will immediately filter the emails in the inbox according to the existing filtering rules in order.
