If the system administrator has enabled the personal security code feature, users will need to enter their personal security code in addition to their old password when changing passwords.

To enhance system security, when the administrator activates the personal security code authentication mechanism, you must enter your self-created personal security code in order to change the password or set up an automatic forwarding list.
(1) In the "Personal Settings" of the left-hand side menu, expand "Mailbox Security" and click on "Personal Security Code" to access the page for creating or modifying.
(2) Please enter your account password first, then fill in the fields related to the personal security code. Click on "Set Personal Security Code" to complete the creation or modification process.
