Note: You can use the appointment mailing feature, but once it is sent out, there is no way to make changes.
The function of scheduling emails allows you to send out pre-edited emails to designated recipients at a specified time.
- Click on "Write a Letter" in the left side menu to enter the letter editing page.
- After finishing editing the email, click on "Schedule Send" in the toolbar.
- In the appointment scheduling window that appears, set the appointment time, and then click on "Confirm" when done; if you need to modify the time, click on "
After selecting the appointment icon, you can enter the information again.
- After setting is completed, click on "Send", and the system will send out the email at the specified time.
