If you want to clean up the emails in your inbox but don't actually want to delete them, you can simply archive these emails. These emails will be moved to the "Archived Mailbox".
How to seal an envelope?
Moving multiple selected emails
- In the email list, click or check the emails you want to move.
- Click on the "Move" icon in the toolbar.
In the menu that appears, select the name of the destination mailbox you want to move to. After clicking on the name of the destination mailbox, the action of moving the email to that mailbox is completed.
Moving the reading pane
- Click or check the emails you want to move in the list of emails.
- Click on the "Move" icon in the reading frame.
And in the menu that appears, select the name of the destination mailbox you want to move to, click on the name of the destination mailbox, and the action of moving the email to that mailbox is completed.
How to archive emails?
You can retrieve archived emails from the archive mailbox.
Restore a single or multiple emails in the email list.
Go to the archived mailbox and in the list of emails, check the single or multiple emails you want to restore, then click on the "Move" icon in the toolbar.Please select the target location where you want to place the email, and then you can choose to restore the selected message.
Restore a single email in the reading pane.
Click on the "Move" icon in the reading pane toolbar.Once you have selected the target location for the email, you can choose to restore the selected message.
