Delete email.
When you delete an email, it will go to the trash bin. If you delete the email from the trash bin, it will be permanently deleted. If you want to remove an email from your inbox without deleting it, you can archive the email.
Mail2000 offers two ways to delete emails:
Delete one or more emails from the list of messages.
In the email list, select one or multiple emails that you want to delete, then click on the "Delete" icon in the toolbar.You can choose to "Move to Trash" the selected email;
Delete a single email in the reading pane.
Click on the "Delete" icon in the reading pane toolbar.Put the selected emails into the recycle bin.
Delete all emails in the inbox.
Click on in the list of emails.After that, you can click on "Delete All Emails" or right-click on the mailbox containing deleted emails and select "Empty Trash" to quickly delete all emails in that mailbox.

Cancel deletion of email.
You can restore deleted emails from the recycle bin.
Restore a single or multiple emails in the mailbox.
Go to the recycle bin and in the email list, check the individual or multiple emails you want to delete, then click on the "Move" icon in the toolbar.And choose the target location where you want to place the mail, then you can choose to restore the selected emails.
Restore a single email in the reading pane
Click on the "Move" icon in the reading pane toolbar.Simply select the target location where you want to place the email, and you can choose to restore the selected mail.
