Note: Currently there is no external email configuration function.
NoteBefore setting the default sender, please refer to the previous section to add an external email account so that it can be used as the sender. For example, if you want to use user@mail2000.com.tw as the default sender, you must first set up this account in "External Email".
You can change the sender's email account when sending an email by using the default sender. There are two ways to change the sender:
Personal Settings
- On the left-hand side menu, click on "Compose" to enter the page for composing a letter.
- On the letter writing page, click on "More" > "Personalization Settings" in the toolbar.
- In the drop-down menu of "Default Sender," select the account you want to use as the default sender when writing a letter.
- After pressing "Confirm", all modified settings will take effect the next time you enter the letter writing page.
By changing the sender of the letter.
- You can also switch senders by clicking the "Sender" button when writing a letter.
- After pressing "OK", all the modified settings will take effect the next time you enter the letter-writing page.
