The Mail2000 device log allows you to view the devices or browsers that have recently logged in.
Device Log List
The device log list is divided into:
- My frequently used devices
- If you select "Add to my devices frequently usedYou can view the devices added to the common list in this table without entering the OTP code again.
- Other devices
- If the device has logged in with an account and has not joined "My frequently used devices"Will be displayed in this table."
List Content:

- The statuses are divided into three types.
- Done.Sign in
- Logged out.
- Logged in (current device)

- Display device recent login time.

- My devices: You can select "Remove Device" on the list to remove the device from my list of frequently used devices.
- Other devices: You can select "Force Logout" on the list to forcefully log out the device that is currently logged in.
How to add a common device?
If you want to add a device to my trusted devices, you need to first enable and set up two-factor authentication. Once the two-factor authentication is set up, on the page where you enter the two-factor authentication code to log in, you will see an option "This is my trusted device". Check the box, then click on login to add the device to "My trusted devices".
