Displays all folders and files currently shared with you from system shared folders.
File List
The file list contains the following information and operations:
- The top row displays the titles of each column.
- Name: Sorted by name by default. Click the name column to sort in reverse order.
- Shared status: Displays the sharing status of this account. It is divided into the Shared link icon and the System sharing icon.
- Shared link icon: Indicates that this account has generated a shared link.
- System sharing icon: Contains the following two types of information:

File/folder name from the system shared folder, with the sharing period shown below.
- Shared with the shared account, with the sharing period shown below.
- Size: Displays the file size. Click to sort by size.
- Modified time: Displays the file modification time. Click to sort by modified time.
Items in Each Row
Each row contains the following information and function items:
- Displays the type icon, as well as the name and sharing date information described above.
- When you click the name, the behavior depends on the file type and permissions, such as online editing, preview, or download.
- When the cursor moves over a specific folder/file in the list, an edit icon and an AI icon are shown on the left. Up to three button icons are shown on the right: Share, Download, and More (...). The related functions are introduced below:
- Edit icon: Click to rename the file.

AI icon: If the AI function is enabled and the file is a document type (pdf, docx, doc, xlsx, xls, pptx, ppt, odt, ods, odp, txt), click it to display the following AI functions:
- File summary: Analyze the file with AI and display a summary of the file.
- File name suggestions: Read the file content with AI and provide file name suggestions.
- Content suggestions: Read the file content with AI and provide content suggestions.
- Share: The share icon is shown only when you have shared link permission for the file shared with you. For more details, see File List > Sharing Function.
- Download: Click to download the file. If the item is a folder, it is packaged as a compressed file for download.

More (...): Contains actions such as Copy, Comment, Version, and Permission Management. These actions are introduced below:
- Copy: Click to display the directory structure and select the destination. If you have edit permission for the destination, the item can be copied to the specified path.
- Comment: Add comments to a file or folder. The comment time, user, and content are recorded. Users who have permission to view the file can read previous comments and add new comments.
- Version: If the same file in the system has been edited or uploaded repeatedly, the system automatically records the current and previous versions, including the creator and file size information of each version. The maximum number of historical versions is configured by the system administrator. The default is 10 versions. You can click a file version at any time to download or restore it.
