Why is myAndroid Unable to log in to @Mail2000?

The login methods for @Mail2000 are divided into three types.
- Email System: This portal is exclusive to users of private servers for enterprises. If your company uses Mail2000 and operates its own server, please use this portal to log in. If you are unsure, please contact your company's network administrator.
- Enterprise Cloud Services:This entrance is exclusively for enterprise cloud server users.If your company uses MailCloud hosting services, useCloudServer, please use this entrance to log in. If you are unsure, please contact your company's network administrator.
- Personal Email Address:This entrance is exclusively for Mail2000 personal mailbox users. If your domain belongs to any of the following types, please use this entrance to log in to your account.

2. Why can't my device receive two-factor authentication push notifications?
- Enable device notifications:
- For Android / iOS users, please refer to the manufacturer's manual of your mobile device and turn on notifications in the settings.
- iOS:Change notification settings on iPhone - Apple Support
- Android: Please refer to the user manual of each brand of device.
- For Android / iOS users, please refer to the manufacturer's manual of your mobile device and turn on notifications in the settings.
- If Android users are unable to receive two-factor authentication notifications when logging into Webmail.
- Please try logging in to @Mail2000 first and keep the login screen open.
- Please log in to Webmail and check if @Mail2000 displays the two-factor authentication code.
- Enter the two-factor authentication code to log in.
- If you have replaced your mobile device, please contact your company's network administrator to assist in unbinding the previous device.
3. Why is my device not receiving new message notifications?
- Please first check the following items:
- Enable device notifications:
- For Android / iOS users, please refer to the user manual of your mobile device manufacturer to enable notifications in the settings.
- iOS:Change notification settings on iPhone - Apple Support
- Android: Please refer to the user manual of each device brand.
- Enable new email notifications in the advanced settings of @Mail2000.
- For Android / iOS users, please refer to the user manual of your mobile device manufacturer to enable notifications in the settings.
- In "General Mailbox Management," click on edit for the mailbox where you wish to receive notifications of new emails on @Mail2000, and check the option "Check for New Mail on Mobile Devices."
- If you have replaced your mobile device, please contact your company's network administrator for assistance in unbinding the previous device.
