After adding multiple calendars, the increase in events may make the screen appear crowded. Mail2000 provides various viewing modes to allow busy office workers to quickly and efficiently access meeting information and comfortably read the screen.

The basic reading mode switch toolbar provided by Mail2000 is located at the top right corner of the calendar main screen.

- Calendar data updated on different devices may not appear instantly on the calendar viewing screen; therefore, you can click the "Refresh" button to confirm the data on the server to ensure that the information you are viewing is up to date.

- In the daily, weekly, and monthly modes, clicking on "Today" will directly jump to the current day, week, or month, and highlight it in a light yellow color.

- The small calendar in the top left corner can display the currently selected date and month. Clicking on a date in the calendar allows you to directly view the events for that date.

- By using the calendar view, you can see the dates for the entire year and quickly navigate to a specific day, week, or month by simply moving the mouse over it.

Click the "Print Calendar" button to print the current calendar view you are reading. - Print List

In the left-side menu of the calendar list, there is a small eye icon that allows you to temporarily hide less frequently used or unnecessary calendars. You can simply click on it with the mouse to toggle the visibility status.

Meanwhile, we also provide users with the function to batch enable the display or hide of calendars. Simply click on the small eye icon on the first layer to batch enable the display or hide of all calendars underneath, making it more convenient for users to use.
