- In the "Personal Settings" section on the left-hand side menu, expand "Account Authorization" and click on "Authorization Conditions".
- Click on "Add" to create a new authorization rule, where you can customize the title, authorization period, and authorized account.

- How to log in to an authorized account?
- When the authorized user logs in during the authorized period, a dropdown menu will appear in the account field. After selecting, the user can switch to operate Mail2000 with that account. The system will not disclose the password information of the authorizer, and the authorized user is also not allowed to perform secondary authorization actions.
