The address book directory assists users in categorizing contacts, such as "colleagues," "clients," "classmates," "clubs," "friends," and so on. When there are a large number of contacts, organizing them into categories will make data review and sharing of information more convenient and efficient.
- How to add a directory?
- In the "Contacts" section on the left-hand side menu, click on "Contacts" to access the contacts page.
- Open the dropdown menu for "New" in the toolbar, and select "Directory" to access the page for adding a new directory.
- Please enter the name of the new directory, click on "OK", and the action of adding a new directory will be completed.

The directory is managed in a hierarchical structure, allowing users to add or modify contacts, directories, and groups as needed under the newly added directory.
- How to modify the directory?
- In the "Contacts" section of the left-hand menu, click on "Contacts" to access the Contacts page.
- To change the directory name, please select the directory you want to modify, then click on "Edit" in the menu bar to enter the page for modifying the directory name.
- On the page for renaming directories, enter the new directory name, then click "Confirm" to complete the action of renaming the directory.
- To modify data in the directory, simply click on the directory name you wish to modify to access the page containing the content of that directory. If you wish to add data to the directory (contacts, directories, and groups), please use the "Add" dropdown menu in the toolbar.
- To sort the data in the directory (contacts, directories, and groups), please select the data and then use the "Move Up" and "Move Down" dropdown menus in the toolbar. To delete data from the directory (contacts, directories, and groups), please select the data and click on the delete icon in the toolbar " ".
- To move contacts from one directory to another, please select the contacts you want to move, drag them to the left-side menu or directory list, and the contacts will be successfully moved.
- How to delete a directory?
- Access the "Contacts" page under the left-side menu "Address Book" > "Personal Address Book".
- Check the directory you want to delete, then click on the delete icon " " in the toolbar, to delete the directory and all its contents.
- If there are contact information in the directory, a reminder window will pop up to inform the user that the contact information in the directory will be deleted together.
