Click on the "Inbox" in the function menu to enter the Inbox management page, where you can see all the inboxes, as well as the number of emails and file sizes in each inbox. Each newly registered account comes with six pre-built basic inboxes.
-
Inbox
- All incoming new emails and old emails that have not been sorted will be stored here. Each time you access the inbox, the system will automatically recheck for any new emails.
-
Pending Emails
- For emails or tasks that cannot be handled immediately, a feature is provided to mark them as pending. When a message is marked as pending, it will automatically be added to the pending mailbox. By browsing this mailbox, you can see all the emails that need to be handled.
-
Backup Mailbox
- Emails sent through webmail will be backed up here, but emails forwarded from the original email account will not be recorded here. For forwarded emails, you can check the delivery records.
-
Draft Box
- You can save unfinished emails and continue editing them the next time you open them.
-
Recycle Bin
- All deleted emails will be stored here. When the remaining space in the mailbox is less than 2%, the system will automatically clear the emails in the recycle bin to free up more space for normal email reception.
-
Advertising mailbox
- Through the setting of "Simple Advertisement Email Filtering" levels, the system will temporarily place emails judged as advertisements in the advertisement mailbox for you to review in case of filtering errors. If some of your friends' emails are mistakenly identified as advertisements due to a high advertisement email level setting, you can go to "Personal Settings" and adjust the "Simple Advertisement Email Filtering" by adding them to "Legitimate Senders" or "Legitimate Recipients," so the system will recognize them as legitimate emails in the future.
- Remarks
The meanings represented by the numbers and colors on the right side of the mailbox names are as follows:
- Red font. Example: Inbox (5/81), the number in front represents the number of new messages, and the number behind represents the total number of messages in that mailbox.
- Black font. Example: Inbox (86) indicates that there are no new messages in the inbox, and the number represents the total number of messages in the inbox.
