When you use this system to receive external emails, the system will also check if the recipient of the email is an account in the current system. In order to avoid external emails, setting up groups, or setting up automatic forwarding of emails from being mistakenly filtered into the spam folder by the system, it is recommended that you add external email accounts, group accounts, or automatic forwarding accounts to the list of legitimate recipients. This way, when you receive emails from the same source in the future, they will not be mistakenly filtered into the spam folder.
Example:
The current system account is user@openfind.com.tw, and I would like to set up an external email user@mail2000.com.tw. In addition, I also want to set up all emails from the group account pm@openfind.com.tw to be automatically forwarded to your email. Therefore, I recommend adding user@mail2000.com.tw and pm@openfind.com.tw to the list of legitimate recipients to avoid emails being mistakenly filtered into the spam folder.
