If you want to clean up the emails in your inbox but don't want to actually delete them, you can simply archive these emails. These emails will be moved to the "Archived Mailbox".
How to archive emails?
- In the email list, click on or check the emails you want to move.
- Click on the "Archive" icon in the toolbar.
And in the menu that appears, select the name of the destination mailbox you want to move to, and click on the name of the destination mailbox to complete the action of moving the email to that mailbox.
How to restore archived emails?
You can remove archived emails from the archive mailbox.
To restore a single or multiple emails from the archived mailbox, go to the mailbox and select the desired emails in the email list. Then, click on the "Move" icon in the toolbar.Please select the target location where you want to place the email, and you can then choose to restore the selected message.
