Delete email.
In the email list, check the emails you want to delete, then click on the dropdown menu under the "Delete" option in the toolbar. You can then choose to either "Move selected emails to the trash" or "Delete them permanently".
You can also click on "Delete" to move the selected email to the trash.
- There are two ways to delete emails in Outlook.

Email marked as deleted -Emails marked for deletion will be displayed with a strikethrough on the text and will not be moved from their original folder.

The deleted emails will be moved to the folder you specified.This behavior is consistent with other account types in Outlook, as well as with deleted item behavior in other common software. It also helps provide a better experience when accessing email accounts you use with other email programs.

Scenario: Using an Imap account and selecting "The email is marked as "Deleted".
The deleted email will have a strikethrough on the subject line, and an icon saying "Deleted via IMAP" will appear.

Reallocate mail.
By using the email moving feature, emails with different attributes can be organized into different mailboxes, making the reading of emails more systematic and efficient. This system provides two methods for moving emails:

Drag and drop方式
- In the email list, click or check the emails you want to move.
- Simply drag the email you want to move to the destination mailbox under the left side menu, and the email will be moved to that mailbox.

Method of Selection
- In the list of emails, click or check the emails you want to move.
- Click on "Move to..." in the menu bar, and select the destination mailbox name you want to move to from the menu that appears.
- After clicking on the destination mailbox name, the action of moving the email to that mailbox is completed.
