Attach the following documents in the email.
- In the left-hand menu, click on "Compose" to enter the page for editing letters. Alternatively, you can start writing letters directly by pressing the keyboard shortcut (Alt + N).

- To attach a file from cloud storage, please click on "Attach File" > "Select from Cloud Storage", check the file you want to attach, and then click "OK".

- After the upload is completed, the screen will display information about the attached files. You can cancel a specific attachment here or continue adding other attachments.

Mail2000 can integrate with Openfind's ArkEase Pro cloud storage platform. Users can directly select attachments and share files from the AEP system through links when composing emails in the Mail2000 Webmail interface. The steps are as follows:
- On the letter writing page, directly click on the drop-down menu button to the right of the "Attach file" button on the screen, and select AEP.
- Check the files you want to share, and you can also set permissions such as "download expiration date," "valid number of times," and "password" at the same time.
- Click the [Send] button to send the file as a link.
