How to receive emails using Outlook or Mac Mail?

OutlookUser

Taking Outlook 2019 as an example.

1. After opening Outlook, view the menu bar, select "File" from the menu, and choose "Add Account" to set up the account.
   
2. Please enter your email address and click "I want to manually configure my account" in the advanced options, then click on [Connect].
   
3. Access account selection.After selecting the type of page, choose your email connection method: "POP" or「IMAP」。 
4. After entering the account settings page, go to "Internal Mail" and"Outgoing mail"Enter the company domain name in the field, and after inputting it, please click on "Next".
   
5. Set encryption method.
   

   Select in the encryption method field:"Enter the port for SSL/TLS." Please contact the company's network administrator or NetEngine engineer for port number information.

   
6. Click "Finish" to start receiving Mail2000 emails in Outlook.

MAC MailUser

Taking MacOS - Big Sur as an example.

1. After opening MAC Mail, click on "File" at the top of the screen and select "Add Account...".
   
2. After clicking on "Join Account", select "[Other Email Account...]" and then click on "Continue".
   
3. On the page for adding an email account, enter your account information. After entering the information, please click on "Log in".
4. After clicking on "Login", you will be prompted to set up.「Account Type Settings」"Mail server" and"Mail server"As shown in the diagram below:
   The account type can be selected as either "POP" or "IMAP," and enter the information of the incoming mail server in the "Incoming Mail Server" field.
   The mail server shown in the image is for reference only. Please contact the mailbox administrator for further information.
   After setting is completed, please click on "Login".
   
5. After clicking on login, a prompt will appear."Choose the app you want to use for this account." SelectAfter "email", Please click.[Completed] 。
6. After completion, you can receive Mail2000 emails in MAC Mail.
