- You'd like to set the TOTP for safety.
- The administrator enabled the setting that enforced everyone have to set the TOTP. Thus you would see the setting page when you login next time.

Where could I set the TOTP ?
When the administrator has already enabled the feature "MFA > TOTP", you could click the upper right Avator and click "Personal", You would see the "Security Settings" at the left menu. You could enable the "Multi-Factor Authentication" in this setting. When you click "Yes", the information that you need to input into the app - "Google Authenticator". You could use the setup key which called "TOTP secret" or scan the QR code. I see the TOTP setting page after login, what could I do ?
If you haven't set the TOTP before, you would see the TOTP setting page after login. This page would include the information that you need to input into the app - "Google Authenticator". You could use the setup key which called "TOTP secret" or scan the QR code. If you do not know how to get and set the authenicator app, you could see the section - "How do I get and set the authenticator app?" below.
How do I get and set the authenicator app?
There are many kinds of authenticator app ! we would take "Google Authenticator" as an example.
Please search "Google Authenticator" on your Google Play(Android phone) or App store(iphone) :
After download the app, find out the app on your phone :
Start the Authenticator app and you would see the page as below :
Press '+' to add a new account, you would see the following methods :
For "scan a QR code", Open the camera on your phone to scan the QR code on the setting screen :
For "Enter a setup key", Input the "TOTP secret" as following :
After set by steps, you would see the 6 digit codes and it would change by time. Enter the 6 digit codes to complete the TOTP settiing.
After the setting, you need to enter the OTP code after the account and password. It would be a safer way to login the system.
