When you click the avator which is at the upper right. There is a function called "Personal", which includes some of the personal configuration. It includes :
- Edit Profile
- Change Password
- Configuration
- Security Settings
- Quick Restore
We would introduce in the following section :
- Edit Profile ((You could not change the profile if the system is identified with AD/LDAP/Mail2000. It would sync the information from these systems automatically.)
- Full Name : Set the full name in the system. In addition to show in your "Avator", it also shows when somebody "Internal share" the file or folder to you. It would easier to be found.
- E-mail : The email that would receive the notifications from the system.
- Change Password (You could not change the password in this page if the system is identified with AD/LDAP/Mail2000. If you want to change the password in these case, please ask your administrator where is the correct way to change the password.)
- Current password : The password you use for login now.
- New password : The password that you'd like to change, you have to follow the rule that descibe under the input box.
- Retype new password : You have to type the password that is same as the "New password". To make sure that the password you'd like to change is correct.
- Configuration
- Quota size : The maximum size that you could use on system.
- Recycle bin retention day(s) : The number of day that the recycle bin keep for your delete file.
- Allow to clear recycle bin : Whether you could clear the recycle bin or not.
- Max number of the versions : The maximum file versions that the system would keep for the file.
- Max file size for uploading : The maximum size that you could upload the file from website.
- Allow to share internal : Whether you could use "Internal Share" to other account or not.
- Allow to share link : Whether you could create the share link or not.
- Receive sharing notification : When someone share to you by "Internal Share", you could decide whether you'd like to get the notification email or not.
- Receive logs of sharing data actions : You could decide whether you'd like to see the log that other modify the files or folder.
- Joined group : Show the group that you join. When you click the "graph of group", it would show all the members in the group.
- Security Settings
- MFA
- When the administrator enable the feature "MFA > TOTP", you could set the TOTP in this page. You could find out more detail in this page - How to set MFA(TOTP)

Device and Connection Management: Allows viewing of the web browsers and app login records that have been accessed, including the following fields:

Devices Name: Displays the browser and App information of the login.
- Types: Include "Browser", "App", "CloudSync", "Others"

Most Recent Activity: The time of the last login.

Revoke Device - Allows specified devices to be logged out.

- MFA
- Quick Restore (The system should include the Ransomware Protection module, and enable it)
- You could choose the file or folder to restore to the version to the specified time.
- Restore file(s) in recycle bin : If the file/folder that you'd like to restore is kept in recycle bin, and it was in the file list at the time that you'd like to restore. It would restore it to the file list from the recycle bin.
- Move file generated after this time stamp to the recycle bin : It would delete the file on your file list which is not existed at the time you'd like to restore.
- Selete restore time : Choose the time you'd like to restore, it should be in the past time.
- Quick restore : Click the button to start to restore the file/folder.
