|
|

Email Filtering
Email filtering allows you to customize email filtering conditions according to your needs, place specific emails into designated folders, or set text labels, allowing the system to automatically classify emails for you.
How to add filtering rules?
| 1. In the "Personal Settings" section of the left-hand menu, expand the "Mail Processing" option, and click on "Email Filtering" to access the email filtering configuration page. | |
| 2. On the mail filtering page, click "Add" to start adding a filtering rule. | |
| 3. On the page for adding filtering rules, click on "Enable" for the filtering rule to set up filtering conditions, including: editing conditional expressions and action states (supporting multiple filtering conditions and actions). |
Remarks
- When setting the "Attachment Size" filter condition, the system will compare each attachment in the email one by one; if any attachment meets the condition, the filtering action will be executed.
- When setting the filter conditions for "this document," the signature will also be checked; when setting the filter conditions for "filename" or "file size," the electronic business card vcard will also be checked.
- The basic unit for the size of emails and attachments is "byte". For example, entering 100 represents 100 bytes. Users can also input "number + k", for example, entering 100k represents 100*1024 bytes; or input "number + m", for example, entering 100m represents 100*1048576 bytes.
- When you want to put the letter into a designated mailbox, you can also create a new mailbox here to directly put it in.
- If the set filtering rules only apply to specific time periods, please check "Time-limited Filtering", select it, and specify the time period for the filtering rules to be implemented.
- After finishing the settings editing, click on "OK" to complete the action of adding a new email filtering rule.
How to Use Filtering Rules
- To modify the email filtering rules, please click the "Edit" button located to the right of the filtering rule.
- To delete the email filtering rule, please click on the "Delete" button to the right of the filtering rule.
- To enable or disable filtering rules, you can click on the enable button in front of the rule.
- If there are multiple filtering rules, they will be prioritized in order, with the rules at the top being processed first. To change the order of filtering rules, please use the "Order" button on the right side of the respective rule.
- By clicking the "Filter Now" button, the system will immediately filter the emails in the inbox according to the existing filter rules in order.
