You can log in to Mail2000 without a password using Windows Hello, Android, and other devices that support FIDO2. The following will explain how to set up common FIDO2 devices.
How to set up Windows Hello
Before using Windows Hello, you must first set up facial recognition or fingerprint recognition according to the biometric devices supported by your computer. This can be done in "Settings" -> "Accounts" -> "Sign-in options" in Windows.
Set up Windows Hello Face.
- Click on Windows Hello face and then click on Settings.

How to set up mobile phone login.
If the mobile device supports FIDO 2, it can also be used for passwordless login to Mail2000. (Please make sure that the computer has Bluetooth capability.)
- After enabling the passwordless login feature, click on "Use mobile phone and QR code".
- Please scan the QR Code with your mobile phone and follow the instructions on the screen.
