Personalization settings include: personal information, quick access toolbar, user environment, panel style, signature file, tag management, and left side menu.
Personal Information

Quick Access Toolbar
In order to meet the needs of each user for commonly used features and to link to the corresponding feature pages as quickly as possible, the system provides eight sets of shortcuts for users to easily customize their own shortcuts. For the functions you frequently use or webpages you often visit, these quick shortcuts can help you reduce the time spent on searching for information and switching between pages, improving the convenience of use and browsing.
| 1. Click on the settings button next to the shortcut bar to directly access the shortcut bar settings page; or in the "Personal Settings" section on the left-hand side menu, expand "Personalization Settings" and click on "Shortcut Bar" to enter. |

3. Provide eight sets of customizable quick access bars, allowing users to click on "Settings" to add different shortcut functions, or click on "Adjust Order" to customize the arrangement. |

- How to adjust the order of custom shortcuts?
- In the "Personal Settings" section on the left-hand side menu, expand "Personalization Settings" and click on "Shortcut Bar" to enter the page for managing the shortcut bar.
- On the page of the quick access toolbar, click "Adjust Order," and adjust the order according to your needs, such as moving up, moving down, moving to the top, or moving to the bottom.
Usage Environment
Due to the different needs of individuals in displaying or browsing their mailbox usage environment, this system provides this feature option for you to set up your most comfortable personal usage environment. In the "Personal Settings" section of the left-hand menu, expand "Personalization Settings" and click on "Usage Environment" to enter the page for configuring your usage environment.
In the "Usage environment" section, five major settings are provided:
- Email Information Display Mode: Set the default information displayed when reading emails.
- Editing Area Display Range:
- Time Zone: Set the time zone for your location.

- Line spacing in lists: You can adjust the height of the list in the letter according to your preference.
- Email
- Reading mode: You can choose a reading mode according to your preference, including top-bottom split, left-right split, and full page mode.
- Default email reading mode: Emails are set to be read in HTML or plain text format by default.
- This system provides three types of blocking methods and blocking conditions:
- No blocking: This system will not block any images in your mailbox.
- Block All: This system will block images in all mailboxes for you.
- Read emails will not be blocked: This system will not block images in emails that you have already read.
- Email List: Choose the number of emails to display per page in the inbox or other mailboxes.
- Automatic External Email Retrieval: There are three options for setting whether external emails are automatically retrieved upon login: Do not retrieve, retrieve with sending notification, retrieve without notification.
- New message notification: Set how long after receiving a new message you will be notified.
- Inbox Sorting Settings: Set the way Inbox is sorted.
- Email Receipt Settings: Set the response action after receiving emails that require a signature. Options include: asking each time whether to sign for the email, always signing for the email, and never signing for the email.。
- Edit document type: By default, use "Default Plain Text", "Default HTML", "Force Plain Text", "Force HTML" to edit the document.
- Delete draft after sending: When enabled, the system will delete the draft of your email after you send it.
- Reply Full Name Setting: Enter the name you wish to use for all outgoing correspondence.
- Replying Options: Set to reply using attached original text, reply with quoted text, or general reply (without quoting or attaching original text) when replying.
- Quotation Marks: The quotation marks used when replying to emails.
- Please be aware that your personal information will be included in the electronic business card when sent out.
- Forward email format files as inline: Set to forward email format files (e.g. attachments with .eml) as inline.

Receiving Emails via POP3
- Method of deleting after receiving the message: Choose the method of deletion after receiving the message, including: system default, do nothing, delete directly, and move to trash.
- Please note that the POP3 settings on the external email client may also affect whether the emails are left on the server.
- After receiving the email, add a label: choose the label you want to add after receiving the email.
- New Message Marking After Receiving: Choose whether to remove the new message marking after receiving the message, mark the received message as read. The default setting is to remove the new message marking.

Receiving emails using IMAP4
- Synchronous Deletion: Deleted emails will be immediately removed from the server.
- Backup to Trash: When "sync deletion" is enabled, you can set up deleted emails to be backed up to the trash, otherwise they will be deleted directly from the server.
Panel Style
The color of the panel dominates all styles, here you can freely change the panel color to find your personal style. Mail2000 provides a full-color palette for you to mix and match any color you want. If you're not sure how to choose, the system also offers 14 preset color tones for you to choose from!

How to add category tags?
Classification tags provide another precise email classification management function for this email system. Users can set their own classification tag names and add them to selected emails/files/contacts. Each email/file/contact can be assigned multiple tags. This feature is recommended for project management or departmental important matters discussion.

How to delete category tags?
On the label management page, you can delete or modify a label by clicking the "Delete" or "Edit" button to the right of the label you wish to remove.
How to view emails/files/notes with the same category tag?

1. On the label management page, simply click on the label name. |
