MailBase supports exporting mail to MSG format. Files downloaded from MailBase are EML by default, so a conversion tool is run to produce MSG.

1. Choose the MSG format.
   
2. Once the export finishes, administrators can go to Export Results and click the icon to download immediately.
3. After extracting the archive, run eml2msg.bat to convert the EML files to MSG.
