6. Administration Menu
6.1 Audit Log
As a user, click "Administration Menu > Logs > Audit Log" to query the audit log.
The following table describes each field in the audit log:

| Time | Timestamp of the event, in the format YYYY/MM/DD HH:MM:SS |
| Level | Identity level of the operator, e.g., User |
| User Account | Account that performed the operation, in the format user@example.com |
| IP Address | IP address used when the operation was performed |
| Event | Event type, including: Login, Other (configuration changes) |
| Action Log | Detailed description of the operation, e.g., adding an IP to the allow list or login records |
6.2 Language/Time Zone
The system/domain has default values for language and time zone. If you are in a different country, you can adjust them as needed. As a user, click "Administration Menu > System Management > Language/Time Zone" to configure the language and time zone. Supported languages include Traditional Chinese, Simplified Chinese, English, and Japanese. The time zone can be set freely according to your needs.
6.3 Mail Encryption Management
If you have purchased the ZIP Encryption, PDF Encryption, or Attachment-to-Link modules, you can use the Recipient Password List to set custom encryption passwords for specific recipients. As a user, click "Administration Menu > Mail Encryption Management > Recipient Password List" to configure encryption passwords.

If you have purchased the Anti-Virus module, you can use the Sender Password List to configure decryption passwords so the system can automatically scan encrypted messages. As a user, click "Administration Menu > Mail Encryption Management > Sender Password List" to configure decryption passwords.
