1. Main Screen Description
After logging in to the MailGates email gateway system, the main screen is divided into 2 areas: upper-right and upper-left (see diagram below). A brief description of each area's functions is provided below:

Upper-Right Area
| Option | Description |
| Switch User/Admin Mode | Click the button to switch to Admin/User mode. |
| Support | Click the button to automatically navigate to the product online manual. |
| Logout | Click the user account name to log out. |
Upper-Left Area
The upper-left area contains the main menu. The corresponding sub-menus are as follows:
