3. Email Firewall
As a user, click "Email Security > Email Firewall" to configure personal allow/block lists. If a source IP, sender, or content pattern is known to be spam, add it to the block list (IP, sender, or mail content). Conversely, if a source IP, sender, or content pattern is known to be legitimate mail, add it to the allow list.
3.1 IP Allow/Block List
Add: Enter the IP address and subnet mask (optional), then click the Add button.
Delete: Check the checkbox next to the IP entry in the list, then click the "Delete" button.
Edit: Click the Edit button next to the IP entry in the list. A dialog will appear; click "Save" after making changes.
Search: Enter a full or partial IP string in the search field, then click the "Search" button.
3.2 Sender Allow/Block List
Add: Enter the "Sender Email Address" in the allow/block list, then click the "Add" button. The sender email address supports the wildcard character "*".
Delete: Check the checkbox next to the entry you want to delete in the list, then click the "Delete" button.
Edit: Click the "Edit" button next to the entry you want to modify. An "Edit Item" dialog will appear; click the "Save" button after making changes.
Search: Enter the full or partial string of the item you want to search for, then click the "Search" button.
