2. Logs/Statistics
Using the system’s log tracking feature, MailGates records detailed information for every connection and email, including the email subject, message size, filter result, and more. It also provides a multi-field search function that allows users to quickly look up email records.
Advanced search conditions are hidden by default. To use this feature, simply click the Advanced Search link to expand or collapse it. When performing keyword searches, it is recommended to enter the exact search string directly without using wildcards, to improve search accuracy.
2.1 Connection Log
As a user, click "Logs/Statistics > Log Tracker > Connection Log" to query mail connection records for the system/domain.
MailGates provides several preset time ranges for queries:

Click the [Date] field and the system will display a calendar. You can select a time range; the default date is from 00:00 to 24:00 of the current day. Click dates on the calendar to select a range — for example, click 7/1 then 7/31 to select logs from 7/1 to 7/31.
MailGates provides a connection information query feature. The default fields include: Date, Sender, and Recipient. Clicking the [Advanced Search] button displays additional fields: Sender IP, Filter Result, and Filter Reason.

You can select [Filter Reason] to filter the logs. The filter reason list includes: [RBL Block List], [DNS Reverse Lookup Block/Allow List], [SPF Verification Success/Failure], [IP Block/Allow List], [Sender/IP Mapping List], and more.
Click [Start Query] and the system will list matching connection logs. Click [Export All Data] to export the connection log as a CSV file.
2.2 Mail Tracking Log
As a user, click "Logs/Statistics > Log Tracker > Mail Tracking Log" to query mail send/receive records for the system/domain. MailGates provides the same preset time ranges as the Connection Log.
MailGates provides a mail information query feature. The default fields include: Date, Sender, and Recipient. Clicking the [Advanced Search] button displays additional fields: Subject, Delivery Result, Filter Result, Size, TLS Version, Sender IP, and Filter Reason.
You can select [Filter Reason] to filter the logs. Click [Start Query] to list matching mail logs.

Click [Export All Data] to export the mail tracking log as a CSV file. Click [Export Detailed Data] to fully export the SMTP connection log.

2.3 Statistics
Click "Logs/Statistics > Statistics > Personal Statistics" to view statistics for all personal mail, including normal mail, suspicious mail, spam, audit mail, and virus mail.
MailGates analytics statistics are updated every hour. When a user opens the statistics chart page, today’s hourly statistics will be displayed directly.
